All orders are processed within, 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, we may offer free or promotional shipping.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method:

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Sacred Salvation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

We will do our best to assist, but replacement is not guaranteed.

 

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sacred Salvation is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

 

7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume during holidays or sales
