1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item sent

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
